SpaCare International, a fully owned subsidiary of Cosmoprof International, was established in 1999 to spearhead and take over Cosmoprof's fast growing spa division. The company had in 1994 established Singapore's very first resort based spa at the Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort.
